MEREO'S METHODOLOGY


mereo’s methodology describes revenue optimisation processes for sales houses. It is the fruit of the experience of the members of the mereo team who have successfully implemented revenue optimisation processes and systems in a number of major advertising sales houses in Europe (TV, radio and outdoor advertising),as well as in other sectors where these techniques apply (transport, hospitality, leisure, etc.).
The objectives of our methodology are:
To establish a common terminology and understanding of basic revenue optimisation concepts to facilitate knowledge transfer to our clients
To capitalise on the experience of the mereo team, gained in other projects
